Project Overview

DSI’s goal is to create an intuitive platform that allows clients to easily manage their logistics operations while modernizing the brand to reflect the company’s effectiveness. My role covered the full design process, from research to UI/UX design and the implementation of the new visual identity across digital materials.

The Challenge

​Branding

DSI’s existing visual identity felt outdated and lacked coherence across different touchpoints. They needed a logo and visual system that conveyed efficiency, trust and professionalism.

Client Platform

The previous platform was difficult to navigate and lacked real-time shipment updates, leading to low engagement and frequent support requests. The challenge was to design a more intuitive experience that enabled clients to track and manage their shipments independently.

DSI management and customer support observed that clients struggled to navigate the platform and track their operations, leading to frequent support requests.

Reviewed other logistics platforms to understand standard features and usability patterns

User Needs

Clients needed real-time updates, a clear vision of their movements, and an intuitive, easy-to-use interface.

Brand Insights

DSI's core values (trust, efficiency and transparency) guided both the visual identity and platform design

The redesign needed to make movement requests fast, clear, and independent, while aligning the platform with DSI’s refreshed brand identity.

Features

Creating an Inbound Request

The Request New Inbound feature allows clients to easily add new shipments to the system. Users can search for items, specify the quantity, and submit the request, streamlining the process and reducing the need for back-and-forth with support

Outbound Tracking

The Outbound Tracking feature allows clients to easily view and monitor their outgoing shipments. Users can access delivery notes, check the status of each movement, and filter or search for specific entries.
